Growing up with an artist, paint and art have always been a part of my life. And now as an adult, I paint to express the beauty and the gifts I see in the relationships and the world around me.

Reason to Paint

I find my inspiration in imagining what God's perfect new creation will be like; landscapes full of color, bright and joyful, but also peaceful. With my abstract paintings, I imagine God pouring out the colors to make His creation.

For me, art is a hymn of praise to the beauty of creation in its ever changing forms. Inspired by the hymn by Folliot S Pierpoint

For the Beauty of the Earth

For the beauty the earth, 
For the beauty of the skyes,
For the love,
Which from our birth
Over and around us lies. 

Lord of all to thee we praise,
This our joyful hymn of praise.
